We have in the past covered Installing Galera Cluster 4 with MySQL 8 on Ubuntu 18.04 and also Installing Galera 4 with MySQL 8 on Ubuntu 20.04, and it would seem appropriate to also cover Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (Jammy Jellyfish).
