Turning on INSERT trace with dbmcli

DB User = dba
DB Pass = dba
DB Name = TEST
command = trace_on
argument = TRACE_INSERT

Voila:

$ dbmcli -u dba,dba -d TEST trace_on TRACE_INSERT
