I pushed more changes for MySQL 5.1.52 to Launchpad.

export statistics for jemalloc - r3831, r 3835
make connection accept faster - r3832, r3836, r3838, r3840, r3842, r3844, r3845, r3846, r3865
Make IS.table_statistics support partitioned tables - r3837
Make IS.table_statistics support InnoDB disk IO statistics for partitioned tables - r3843
Add IO_READ_*_BLOB columns to IS.table_statistics - r3855
Improve disk IO statistics for InnoDB - r3863
Add option to prevent cross-shard queries - r3868
